Alice Moore Dunbar Nelson
               1875-1935
 
Married to Paul Laurence Dunbar in 1897, marriaged ended in 1902. She was active in social, political, and cultural organizations.  In 1916, Alice Dunbar married Robert J. Nelson, a journalist, politician, and civil rights activist.
